What is your refund policy?

Given the perishable nature of our ice cream products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been processed and shipped.

However, we want you to enjoy every Araw experience. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@arawlondon.com if:

• Your item is defective, damaged, or

• You receive the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate the matter.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you believe you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at hello@arawlondon.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the items received

We will review your case and respond as promptly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations or amendments cannot be made once orders are being processed.
If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@arawlondon.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help with orders that have not yet entered processing.

Can I update the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice using next-day priority delivery. To ensure the best quality, please:

• Make sure someone is available to receive the order,

• Transfer items directly to the freezer upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot reschedule deliveries or change delivery addresses, as this may cause the products to thaw.
We cannot accept responsibility for any issues or damages caused by rescheduled or missed deliveries.

Gift Cards

• All gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
