At Araw London, we take great care in ensuring our ice cream arrives to you in the best condition possible. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
What is your refund policy?
Given the perishable nature of our ice cream products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been processed and shipped.
However, we want you to enjoy every Araw experience. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@arawlondon.com if:

Your item is defective, damaged, or

You receive the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate the matter.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you believe you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at hello@arawlondon.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations or amendments cannot be made once orders are being processed.
If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@arawlondon.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help with orders that have not yet entered processing.
Can I update the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice using a next-day priority delivery service. To ensure your order arrives in the best condition, please make sure that:

Someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.

Items are transferred directly to the freezer as soon as they arrive.

The delivery address provided is correct and complete, as incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to reschedule deliveries or amend delivery addresses, as this may cause the products to thaw during transit.
We cannot accept responsibility for any issues, delays, or damages caused by missed deliveries, rescheduled deliveries, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
