  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver all across the UK.
  • What days do you deliver?
    We ship orders overnight on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Wednesday and Friday arrival.
  • When will my ice cream arrive?
    We ship our ice cream fresh every Tuesday and Thursday for next day delivery. You will receive a notification with the tracking link from our partner when your order is on the way.
  • I need my delivery to arrive at a specific time. What should I do?
    Please contact us via email indicating your order number to arrange with us. For specific/express delivery, additional charges may apply.
  • I need to change my delivery date. What should I do?
    Please e-mail us during business hours to change your delivery dates. We request that changes be made by 5pm at least one business day before your original delivery date.
  • When and where can I pick-up?
    Your order will be available for pick-up on your selected pick-up date (Tuesday - Friday 10-18pm). The exact address/contact information for pick-up will be disclosed upon checkout.
  • I am not available to pick up on the date/time listed. Can I schedule for another day?
    Absolutely! We can be more flexible for pickups. Let us know 2-3 days prior to pickup and we'll have your order prepared!
  • How do you ship ice cream?
    We certainly don’t want your ice cream to arrive melted! We ship our ice creams with dry ice so it arrives perfectly frozen at your doorstep.
  • Are your products gluten free?
    All our ice cream bases are gluten free. While specific add-ins may contain gluten, let us know while you place your order and we can make adjustments to accommodate to your dietary restrictions.
  • How long can I keep the ice cream for?
    As our ice cream is made fresh without any preservatives, for best quality we recommend consuming it within a month of opening or 6 months if unopened.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations or amendments cannot be made once the orders are being processed. Please contact us at if you need assistance with your order and we will do our best for orders that have not yet been processed.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Please note that given the perishable nature of ice cream products, all sales are final. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • What is your pick-up policy?
    If you cannot redeem your order within the given time frame because of scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to accomodate.
  • Do you cater or do pop-ups?
