What days do you deliver?

We ship orders overnight on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Wednesday and Friday arrival.

What's your cut-off time for delivery?

Please place your orders online by Sunday 5pm for delivery on Wednesday and Tuesday 5pm for delivery on Friday.

*Due to the high volume of orders we are currently receiving, orders are being shipped out in a first-ordered-first-sent basis.

When will my ice cream arrive?

We ship our ice cream fresh every Tuesday and Thursday for next day delivery. You will receive a notification with the tracking link from our partner when your order is on the way.

Question 5

I need my delivery to arrive at a specific time. What should I do?

Please contact us via email indicating your order number to arrange with us. For specific/express delivery, additional charges may apply.

Question 6

I need to change my delivery date. What should I do?

Please e-mail us during business hours to change your delivery dates. We request that changes be made by 5pm at least one business day before your original delivery date.

Can I update the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

Araw products are shipped frozen with dry ice via next-day priority service after dispatch. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, as rescheduling the delivery date or changing the delivery address may cause the products to thaw. Once received, transfer your items directly to the freezer. Please transfer your products to your freezer upon delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for any issues or damages as a result of a rescheduled delivery.

When and where can I pick-up?

Your order will be available for pick-up on your selected pick-up date (Tuesday - Friday 10-18pm). The exact address/contact information for pick-up will be disclosed upon checkout.

I am not available to pick up on the date/time listed. Can I schedule for another day?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We can be more flexible for pickups. Let us know 2-3 days prior to pickup and we'll have your order prepared!

Question 10

How do you ship ice cream?

We certainly don’t want your ice cream to arrive melted! We ship our ice creams with dry ice so it arrives perfectly frozen at your doorstep.
