Our sweet and tangy Pineapple Tart flavour will surely bring you straight back to your childhood days of gathering around the sweets while the adults prepare the feast for LNY celebrations. It starts with the most important part: fresh and perfectly ripe pineapple. We infuse our base with fresh pineapple overnight. We then swirled house made pineapple jam and threw in chunks of pineapple tart crust that adds flavour and texture contrast between bites.
